Public Access. Programming on cable channel 6 is produced by community members who have learned how to make television at our facility.	Government Access. Programming on cable channel 16 is produced by the ECMC staff in cooperation with the City of Evanston.	Educational Access. Programming on cable channel 19 is produced by the ECMC staff in cooperation with Evanston/Skokie School District 65.
